Easy Self Help With Motivational Self Affirmations


Motivation through self affirmation is the concept in which someone re-affirms a desired change their thoughts or a personal attribute. A self affirmation is a tool used to change, inspire, and motivate ones thoughts and view of one's self. A self affirmation is a word or phrase encouraging you to focus on what you want or how you would like to change.  An easy self affirmation is not focusing on our current situation in order to elicit change. An example of this would be, "I don't want to be stressed." By saying what you do not want will actually affirm your negative thoughts and you will possibly attracts more stress.

An easy affirmation is a reinforcement of what change you want to elicit. A good example would be, "I am in control of my life." When determining your change see yourself as already being changed by using an easy self help motivator such as," I am."
Here are some examples of easy self affirmations: 1. I am thin. 2. I am a positive person. 3. I am a great boss.
Though you may not be thin, positive or a great boss currently but continued reinforcement will help direct you to your desired attribute. Positive thoughts will attract positive results in the same way negative thoughts attract more negativity.
You might have heard the phrase, "opposites attract." While this is true regarding laws of electro magnetism it is not true with our relationships. Think about a day when you were feeling very positive. Were you attracted to someone who was being negative? Chances are you were not because any attraction towards the negative person may have changed your whole attitude towards the negative. Now if you were in the presence of a positive person you would likely be drawn towards this person as you were inspired by the same positive energy.
Use these easy self help motivational affirmations on a daily basis. Display your affirmations where you will see them throughout your day. Ensure you see the affirmations when you first wake-up and before you go to sleep. This will start and end your day with positive reinforcement of the affirmations and you will elicit change.
