This is not as difficult as it seems , in fact, you can start using the power of affirmations today , just by following this 3-step process .

Step One - What do you want ? - This is where it all begins. This is where the magic happens. Decide what you want is critical to your success . You can not start moving toward your dreams until you have discovered what sleep. Your affirmations should be specific to have the power and you will not be able to create specific claims until you have decided exactly what you want.

Saying , "I want to lose weight I want to lose ," or " I want to be healthier " or "I want to be rich , " is not good enough. Limit your search . What you really want? Set clear and specific goals. Know the details of your goals.

Here are some examples :

    Weight loss - If you try to lose weight your goal can be a number on the scale or a certain percentage of body fat. Whatever the method, select this number!
    Earn Wealth - If you try to get rich they also seek a number . Decide exactly how much money you want in the bank or in investments . Set a goal !
    Better relations - If your goal is to have a better relationship with your spouse or parents or children , then you need to decide exactly what it means to you. Every situation is different . Maybe you argue too much or too little about or take for granted , or drown overprotective . Look for problem areas in the relationship and honestly ask yourself what you want to change .

In all cases , you are the only one who can decide what you really want.

Step Two - What needs to change? - The reason you have not reached your goal or started living his dream, but it is simple . It has "become" but his dream . There are things that need to change in order to achieve them, and in most cases, these changes are to you.

Maybe you need to change your eating habits, or the way you think about food . Maybe you need to change your attitude towards exercise or smoking or other bad habits. Maybe it's time to give you a hard time .

    To solve relationship problems could develop a statement that said : " . . I'm still loving and compassionate with my (spouse, parents, children) 'm patient and understanding "

Resist the temptation to cling to the vestiges of its ancient form . Do not fool yourself and think you can make partial changes and still be successful.
