Positive Daily Affirmations




"Just think positively " We've all heard that before. For some, this view is a simple reminder to focus on the good things that can and will happen. However, for those struggling with anxiety and depression , this advice seems almost like "only grow up! " Or "only be better" A brilliant idea, but a an abstract  impossibility .  One reason why some people find it difficult to think positively , even when they want , it is a simple matter of time and number. How long have you felt depressed or anxious ? How many negative thoughts constantly repeated in his mind ? In many cases , the amount of time and lot of negativity wrapped in thoughts make it extremely difficult for people to think positively about themselves .

To be honest , I have avoided the use of daily affirmations for years that have really helped me . I thought they were stupid and just say things out loud is not going to change my way of thinking. I was wrong . I was very successful with daily affirmations and if you have trouble thinking in a positive, encouraging, might work for you too.

Step 1 : Write down your affirmations
The wording and content of his statements are very important. They adapt to their own lives and how they like to think. A good way to start is to first identify typical negative thoughts . For example, if you find yourself thinking : " I do not deserve  love " , an appropriate statement is the opposite exactly : " I am worthy of love. "

How should you write? Give a lot of them! Not just a few statements . If you need to have dozens of ways to respond to each of you want to think differently , not a problem .
